Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the monthly package last?
The monthly package lasts a minimum of 12 months. After that, it becomes month-to-month. If cancelled after 12 months, you simply stop paying. If cancelled early, the full remaining cost of the site applies. The website remains live only while payments are up to date.
What happens if I cancel before the 12 months is over?
If you cancel before your 12-month contract ends, you'll be required to pay the full value of the website (R6,800) minus what you've already paid. This isn't a buyout of the code or ownership, it simply fulfills your payment obligation for early termination. The site will still be taken offline after cancellation.
What happens if I cancel after 12 months and want to return?
You can return anytime, we'll welcome you back under a new 12-month agreement.
How do you handle late payments?
We offer a 7-day grace period. After that, a R200 late fee is applied per day (up to a max of R2,000 per month), it's the customer's responsibility to pay on time. We're flexible and understanding however, communication is key. If you need more time, just let us know. We reserve the right to disable your website if communication is ignored.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept bank transfers. We're working on adding other payments soon and extending to international.
R600 per additional page, is that monthly?
Nope, it's a one-time fee. Add 3 extra pages, past the standard 5? That's R600 flat per page, not monthly.
Do you offer refunds?
When you sign a contract, be it the lump sum or monthly plan, if we can't design you something you love we will refund you in full. Refunds are considered only before design approval. Once the design is approved and development begins, no refunds will be issued.
